Where are your products made?
Most items are printed to order in the USA. Some specialty designs, such as all-over prints, are made by our production partner overseas. Each product page shows where the item is made.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Items printed in the USA usually arrive within 4 to 8 business days. Items made overseas take about 2 to 4 weeks. Each product page shows the delivery time.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We currently ship to US addresses only.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us right away at hello@firstweft.com. We can change or cancel it for a full refund only before production starts, usually within a few hours of ordering.
What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you don't need to send the item back.
Can I return an item that doesn't fit?
Each item is made just for you, so we can't accept returns for size or change of mind. Please check the size chart on the product page before you order.
How should I wash my shirt?
Machine wash cold with similar colors and tumble dry low. Don't bleach, iron or dry clean.
Will I pay customs fees?
No. You never pay customs fees or import duties at delivery, including on items made overseas.
