Shipping policy

Every FirstWeft item is made to order. Most items are printed in the USA. Some specialty designs, such as all-over prints, are made by our production partner overseas. Each product page shows where the item is made and how long it takes to arrive.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

How long it takes
Printed in the USA: printing takes 1 to 3 business days and shipping takes 2 to 5 business days. Most orders arrive within 4 to 8 business days.
Made overseas: production and shipping take about 2 to 4 weeks in total.
Holidays and the November to December peak season can add a few days. If your order includes items made in different places, they ship separately and may arrive on different days.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

No customs fees
You never pay customs fees or import duties at delivery. We cover any import charges on items made overseas.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. For items made overseas, tracking can take a few days to show its first update.

Lost or late packages
If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after it shipped, or its tracking hasn't updated for 20 days in a row, email firstweft@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can only change the address before your item goes into production.
